Rational
This exhibit fulfills the requirement for standard two. The exhibit is a lesson plan I created in my Introduction to Education class. This lesson is on the subject of time and how to teach first graders how to correctly label time, be able to orally recall parts of the clock, use the hour and minute hand to demonstrate time in five minute increments, and assess their knowledge by writing different time on the board and using their own clocks to demonstrate time. This was the first lesson plan I had ever created. It is clear that I need to practice writing my goals and objectives and also work on the procedure section. It is critical to learn how to create lesson plans and include them in everyday teaching because without them I do not believe teachers could survive.
